What’s the weirdest food you've ever eaten? Fried goat’s blood. What famous person living or dead would you like to have dinner with? I would like to have had dinner with Walter Peyton, Chicago Bear running back. Hi, my name is Joe Agostino, actually my name at baptism is Giuseppe, but Joe is easier. I was born and raised in South Bend, IN. Being the oldest of six children, I was thrust into management at an early age. My 100 % Italian parents fresh from Italy, pushed hard work, discipline, Catholic faith, and good old fashioned family unity. I attended IUSB immediately after St Joseph's High, but after 2 years in college I quit school to sell waterbeds. I have been in sales since 1978. I love it! I owe a lot of my experience to my parents and family, teaching me how to handle all kinds of situations with all kinds of personalities. I have three children and have been married to Kim, my wife, for 13 years. My mom is well and my dad passed away in 1985 from cancer. I am blessed myself to be a cancer survivor, and make each day count for me, my family, my business, and God. When I worked for a couple of other waterbed chains, I promised myself that if I ever had my own business, I would learn from their mistakes. I got the chance to open Comfort Sleep in 1990. Since then, Comfort Sleep has helped Michiana to sleep better with about any kind of bed you can get. How we treat our customers, sales team, vendors, and neighbors is exactly the way we would like to be treated. Honesty, fairness, with a little humor is great for me! |
